School Asbestos Removal – Building Project
Our team completed a safe and thorough school asbestos removal project, removing thick, double-layered ceiling and wall panels containing foam and insulation. The challenge was to dismantle these materials carefully without disturbing the surrounding environment.
We used a scissor lift to lower each ceiling panel with precision, while an independent occupational hygienist monitored the air continuously with four pumps placed around the work area.
Our approach
Safety guided every step. We performed a full risk assessment, set up strict containment measures, and ensured all team members followed proper asbestos handling procedures. Most importantly, students and staff remained fully protected throughout the works.
Thanks to careful planning and strict safety protocols, the removal caused no contamination. All asbestos materials were cleared from the portable building before demolition, leaving the site ready for new construction.
This project highlights our commitment to professional, compliant, and safe asbestos removal in schools, even in complex and high-risk environments.
